Amy and her team have gone above and beyond what any other carrier or broker has ever done for us. We have gone through so many brokers and carriers throughout the years and we have never had this kind of customer service. Of course with any company cost is always going to be a top priority and Amy has really helped us with that. Even though I was reluctant to change brokers I am so glad we did. And just a few days our old brokers were begging us to come back but we refused. I want to thank you all for the help we really appreciate it.
I am so impressed with all of the folks at Red River Logistics. My main contact, Ryann, is amazing. She has gotten me out of so many binds since we have been doing business with her. She seems to be able to pull trucks out of a hat at a moment’s notice for us. Believe me, there have been times when I was pretty sure she could perform magic!
While unusual, there have been times when a scheduled truck was unable to pick up our loads. Ryann has always found us another truck no matter how late in the day she received the information.
I have also been very impressed with their pricing. My experience is that they are very competitive, and willing to work with customers when the situation presents itself.
